New Website Updates
The new website has been designed and programmed using one of my favorite WordPress themes: Avada. The massive amount of elements makes it super fun to add content, and I look forward to sharing all the projects I am working for the many months to come.
Grappling Hook Now Available
The grappling hook is now out in the wild. There are currently 2 prototype levels you can play while we work on fixing bugs and making new content.
Small quality-of-life changes have been added including the new background artwork I made using Blender.
Grappling Hook Prototype #3
The grapple prototype is now complete, which means I can finally start designing levels for this new feature!
I decided to stick with the “multi-joint” functionality after adding the chain texture. The individual chain links look super cool with the rope physics, so I had to keep it.
Shoutout to my brother Josh for helping me calculate attachment points on the level. This feature allows the player to point the grapple in any direction, and attach to a wall if it exists. Prior to this update, the player could attach anywhere the mouse was lol
